ABOUT MEDITATION
THIS PAGE IS DEDICATED IN FOND MEMORY OF LATE SRI BHARAM UMA MAHESHWARA RAO
SIGNIFICANCE OF MEDITATION
Meditation is a mind free from thoughts. Meditation is the heart of yoga, the roof of Sadhana, the master key to knowledge the stream of love, the sacrificial rite that earns the richness of the Guru's Grace. Meditation is also one form of the Guru. Many will ask now to meditate and for how long. These are primary and essential questions. It is said in the Gita. The vision of the Self is obtained through meditation. In the Srimad Bhagavata it says : "In the meditation the Sadhaka becomes the form of God."
Just we have occupied in mundane activities, our mind also is immersed in love for God in meditation. When the mind becomes empty of thoughts and becomes one with the Self, we reach a very high state. So we must keep our mind empty. When we wakeup after sleep, we experience a few moments when our mind is free of thoughts. We should make our mind peaceful and thought free, so that it becomes no different from the Self. This progress is to come in meditation.
Meditation is not only for spiritual life, but it also purifies the mind. As the mind becomes steady, the breath is retained for short periods in 'Kumbaka', which strengthens the nerves, improves blood circulation and digestion and increases one's alertness. Those who meditate everyday find that all the ailments are overcome. Through Meditation, the mind spontaneously becomes quite and stable and the movement of the breath becomes more relaxed. When we find peace within, a new excitement breaks forth in our life.
By doing meditation we will find the peace in ourselves. Search for the objects of the five senses ceases in meditation. When Sakthi opens her hidden store house, we will
get higher meditation. When that happens, our true beauty will be revealed. Then we will come to know the Divine Lights. Our worldly desires will be fulfilled. Our treasured beauty will be attained. We will see the world as full of brilliance. Then Sound emanates. Divine music will be heard.. We will get deep steep. The sound will make us taste a Divine Elixer. Then we will have no more suffering, no more feelings of '1' and 'Mine'. Where there is beauty, sound and taste, there is always the 'Fragrance'. When Divine scent inside us reveals itself, the entire world becomes perfumed, and the same fragrance spreads through out our house. Heaviness and numbness leaves our body and every limb is super charged with vitality. We will feel Divine Love pulsating inside for our children and relations. When our inner 'Kundalini Shakti' unfolds, Her love will flow all through our body, through all 72,000 nadies. Her rapture will spread through every particle of blood as a result we will experience bliss in every pore.As the result, the light that was lost will return to our eyes, our lips will become red, our dried up face will become aglow with love, we will experience happiness in every thing. Wives will become Godesses to their husbands, husbands becomes Gods to their wives. Houses become temples. We will ourselves become God.
We will behold beauty, we will taste Nectar, smell fragrance, hearDivineVoice and find joy. Meditate for this purpose and our daily needs are fulfilled without asking God. By constant meditation, we will get supernatural experiences such as 'Clair audience Clair Voyance and Yogic Postures'. In meditation, the power of our memory increases.
Through meditation, Divinity inspired mutual respect grows between husband and wife. Brother and sisters see
the Divine in each other and the relationship between children, parents and in-laws are filled with a Divine Emotion. This is known as 'Svargamaya Samsar'. Life will be filled with heaven. This is the fruit of Meditation. We should strive for this equanimity. This means, renounce disharmony and differentiation. As we dwell on oneness and live within it, distinctions fade away from our hearts. Awareness of oneness is the true essence of all. It is 'PARAM BRAHMA.
By doing meditation some develop extraordinary knowledge of past, present and future events. Some receive warnings of forthcoming mishaps. They talk and receive instructions from Gods and Godesses. They obtain insight into spiritual matters and readily find solutions to problems. They also acquire ability to see colours in their meditation. Some will see Red, White, Black, Blue and Saffron colours.
Red, White, Black, Blue and finally Saffron colours will be seen in the meditation. These colours represent the nature of the body.
Importance of Red Colour
The stage of a red aura in the meditation, in the gross body. As the red stage progresses, body gradually became thinner and lighter. Fat will be reduced. Sometimes Prana would flow very quickly along with the nerves of the lower part of our back. Sometimes neck moves so vigorously making loud sound. This is Hatha Yoga process, effected by the Godess Kundalini, in order to go up through the spinal coloumn into the Sahasara. Sometimes when our neck rotates, our chin would get in the juglar notch below the throat. This is called 'Jalandara Bandha'. When this
takes place, the anus would be automatically drawn in and then released. 'Rakteswari' is the Godess of Red-Aura.Significance of White Colour
It is extremely beautiful. When we see this light, we get an unusual kind of a sleep in meditation. 'Shivatiswari'is the Goddess of the white flame. It is thumb size. The subtle body which shaped like a thumb is the means by which the individual soul experiences the dream state and enjoys some rest. It is the subtle body. It supports the gross or physical body. It represented by 'U', the second letter of 'Aum'. The individual soul in this body is called 'Tai Jasa'. Its seat is in the throat and white flame may be seen there in the vision.
Significance of Black Light
White light is followed by Black light in the meditation. The Godess in this colour is 'Krishnaeswari'. First we will see red, then white flame within red aura and the black light within the white flame. Our meditation will become stable only when we concentrate on the black light. During this period, we will see in deep meditation, a deep and terrifying darkness. After some time the red, white and black lights would come. In this stage, we will feel pain between the eye brows., In this stage both eyes would roll upwards and the pupils would spin like wheels. When eyes spin, we would feel the Prana moving gently between our throat and space between our eye brows. We will smell different sweet odours in this stage. Sometimes the people around us will also get sweet odour floating around us.
Significance of Blue Colour
We will see first red aura, then white flame, then the black light and finally the Blue Colour. When we see the Blue Colour, the condition of our body and mind and our ways of understanding will be changed. We feel more delight in ourselves, and will be filled with pure and noble feelings. When this colour seen, meditation will be subtle. When we see this colour, it is the highest stage we have to enter within Blue Pearl to innerself for full realization.
The Blue Colour is a great and holy pilgrimage centre. Jnaneswar Maharaj says : 'This radiant and scintillating and sublime Blue Colour can be seen directly in, meditation. If we want to see such a great and wonderful thing, our way of life and our habits must be the purest and the most holy. Then only we become worthy of it. Our association, our words, and our thoughts should be full of God. He who has seen the Blue Colour is the most blessed of all human beings.'
Once our meditation becomes pure, it becomes free from thought. For example, when our meditation is fixed on the Blue Colour, the mind becomes permeated by it and in fact, we temporarily lose consciousness of our Self. We become oblivious of the inner and outer worlds. Objects are not seen when there is no one to see them. In that state, there is neither happiness nor sorrow, nor ignorance, neither perceiver nor perceived. Only the pure Paramatma, the Supreme Self, remains pulsating in His own Being. It is an unwavering, thought free, tranquil condition. It is the goal of our meditation. If we stay in this state for a short time, and then, when we begin to come out of meditation, we go from 'Turiya State'. Afterwards, in Turiya, no matter what happens. We will retain the realization of transcendental state Turiyatita.
We must sit down with peace. Raise our hands to our head as if it were our Baba's head and touch our two eyes, our
ear, our nose, our tongue, our neck, our shoulders, imagining that they are all parts of our Guru Sai. In the same way touch our chest, our heart, our stomach, back, thighs, knees, calves, feet, saying over and over, thinking that they are all Sai's parts, keep repeating in our mind 'Guru Sai Sai'. Concentrating on this feeling, we have to begin our meditation. When we sit in meditation, our conduct should be pure and have noble thoughts, so that they may be able to conserve the Sakthi aroused by Sai's Grace. We must first of all offer our body, mind, heart and soul to Sai Baba. Let us realize the purpose of our existence and let our eyes clearly see so that we may not mistake the unreal for,,reality of God. Thy light alone can dispel all the darkness from the mind of us. We must feel that our heart is captivated by thy enticing smile. Our soul is singing with joy in the embrace with love intoxicated. Sitting in meditation, we can clearly see and feel that our soul is enjoying right now. We must pray that our ego should be melted and our mind merge in God.
We must remain alert and vigilant in this matter.
On the importance of meditation, Sri Sai Baba said to Sri G.R. Dabolkar: "To get Atma-Jnana, meditation is necessary. It pacifies and carries the mind into Samadhi. So give up all desires and dwell in your mind upon God in all. If the mind is thus concentrated, your goal is achieved. Meditate on Baba either with form or as formless. If such formless contemplation is hard, then think of any form, just as you see it here. Think of it night and day. With such meditation, the mind dissolves into unity, and attains 'Laya'. The difference between subject and object (Myself and you) and the act of contemplation will be lost. This results in 'Chaitanya Brahma Samrapati'. The Guru's Grace is bread and milk for the pupil."
Baba further said : "I will be with you, whenever and wherever you think of Me. If one perpetually thinks of Me and makes Me his sole refuge, 1 am his 'debtor' and will give My Head to save such people. If one ever meditates on Me, repeat My name, sings My deeds, and thus transformed into Me, one's Karmna is destroyed. 1 stay by his side always. You should have truth always with you. Then 1 shall always be with you, wherever you are and at all times". Sai encourages His devotees to adopt his own form of meditation as an easy aid for concentration. Dhyana may thus be "Rupa" or 'Arupa'. In one of the verses Sri Jnaneswar has written "Seekers after the knowledge of perfection, the very eye of your eye, where the void comes to an end, the Blue Pearl pure sparkling, radiant that which opens the centre of repose when it arises is the great place of the Conscious Self. Look, this is the hidden secret of this experience. This is what Paramashiva told Parvathi Devi. Jnanadev says : 'I saw this through the Grace of my Sadguru Nivirttinath.'
Swamy Muktananda says that the significance of the Blue Colour, the Blue Godess, just from seeing this Blue Pearl, you can attain 'Jivan Mukthi', the state of liberation. But this is not full realization, nor the state of perfection or the final goal of Siddha Path. When you see the Blue Pearl all the time, this means, that you are in the 'Turiya State', the state of complete transcendance. If a seeker dies after having this vision, he will go to Brahma Loka and attain complete fulfilment by finishing his Sadhana here."
He further clarifies - "When Blue Pearl appears, mind would converge on it for long period of time, experiencing extremely joyful repose. Breathing becomes steady and shallow. When you breathe out the breath would go only the distance about two fingers from your nostrils and when you breathe in, it goes
down only as far as your throat, never to your heart. During this stage, many Divine fragrances will come. They are so fine compared with finest scents. With the coming of these fragrances breathing becomes very short and slow and a special kind of Pranayam takes place." "He also says : God is the Supreme Light of all; lights take their brightness from Him only. There is no darkness about Him. This inner, external Blue of consciousness is the 'So Ham Brahma' - 'I am He - the Absolute' of Jnanis. This Blue is the adorable one chosen by Bhakta, who fills them with the nectar of love. This eternal Blue of Consciousness is the Divine Power of Grace. If this is not realised, you cannot understand that the Universe appears within God. When one who sees Blue Light always, he will see the entire Universe as a luminous sport of 'Chitsakthi'. He acquires the Divine.vision by which he sees the Blue light of Sththi in every one.""Constant meditation develops great powers. The letters of the Mantra become prominent and are flashed before the mental eye and they seem to burn like fire. Whenever repeated with an object in view, the object will be attained with the help of the Mantra which reveals itself as described above. Such a Mantra is usually known as 'Siddha Mantra'. When uttered, it is capable of producing the most extraordinary results. Similarly, when concentration is on a deity for a long time and according to a fixed procedure with devotion and under the guidance of a ,competent Guru, your Istha-Devata will be realised. This Deity reveals itself before the Sadhaka and offers him everything he desires. Your Istba-Devata never leaves you and remains practically at your side always. The concentration should make you entirely oblivious of the surroundings and you should think of yourself as one with the Universal energy. Your mind should think of yourself as one with the Universal energy. Your mind should be akin to Susupti or deep sleep condition. When this is practised for a long time, certain signs appear before your mental eye and your Istha Devata show conclusively that the Sadhaka is progressing towards the realisation of your Istha Devata. The signs appear in five successive stages. The sign in the beginning is the vision of mirage. This gives place gradually in the second stage to a vision of smoke. In the third stage, the Sadhaka visualises bright sparks in the space in the form of fire flies. The form of light is seen in the fourth stage which is replaced in the fifth stage by a constant light like that of the cloudless sky. That is to say, when meditation is practiced for a sufficient length of time, you see the vision of a constant light which does not revert to the other four inferior stages. The light referred here is the Light of Pure Satva. When the mind is deeply absorbed in that quality, then, indeed, does this condition of Light which is free from all pain follow. This is the Jyothi, light which is the sure sign of constant meditation on the deity can now be practised with confidence in order that the deity may appear before the Sadhaka in a vision. In the beginning the vision will appear, disappear and again reappear. By constant practice, the vision becomes permanent. Then you should have reached perfection when this state is reached. The deity will confer on you all that you desire and never leaves you. Thereby, you become endowed with supernatural powers and acquire control over the Law of Nature. To attain the above, one must have enough patience, regular practice for years or perhaps for a whole life time. Everything depends on faith and Sadhana. The Sadhana is the greatest and most glorious mystic experience that can be attained in your life. Your life would be aimless without pursuit of Sadhana."
These Golden words were preached by Sri Sankaracharya.
Our sorrows are our teachers. We must wipe of our ignorance and passions. Ignorance is destroyed by wisdom. The desires and thoughts are to be understood. When we observe highly bright colours during our meditation we see a form in that colour. The brightness of the colour equals to that of the Sun. The colour depends on our thoughts. Each of Kama-Krodha etc. have a different colours. By identifying the colour.in the meditation, we can know what Guna is predorninant in our mind. After some time, these colours in meditation embrace each other into one and we can see the form clearly. We must practise to identify this.
"Do Sadhana to experience the state of thoughtlessness (Nirvikalpa Sthithi) through meditation. This is definitely superior State. In the state of Nirvikalpa Samadhi, every thing appears as 'Brahmam'. When the illusion of life ceases we will experience the Supreme Knowledge that we are 'Para- Brahrna'. Our Ajnana will be burnt in the fire of that knowledge. We should not stop At that. We must further know that 'Paramatma' is in us only. This .can be realized by only Meditation.
We must cry for God to experience His sweetness in meditation. Our sorrows drop off as we turn inwards deeply in meditation. If we meditate on Sri Sai Baba wholeheartedly, we shall have a blessed life. If we meditate on Baba through Nirvikalpa Samadhi, we will become eternal and prove to be the sole Supreme Consciousness. If we have faith in Sri Sai Baba and meditate, our mind shall be pristine, pure (Suddha-Satvika). If we thus meditate, we shall experience certain appearances such as Divine Light (Jyothi). Such appearances are proof that our mind is sanctified.
Meditation does not mean a Karma done with the mind. Meditation is looking into all the transactions of Karma generated in the mind. This is the insight. The insight is the one that wipes out our defects. This deep insight removes our sorrows and worries. Meditative life is a blessed life and get Divine pleasure. We must always make ourselves Atma Vimarsha by recapitulating all that we have so far done in this birth.
Baba said to one of His devotee : "Have complete faith in Me and give away your wants to Me. Who asked you to suffer? While 1 am showing the right path, you are going in a wrong way. If you have got confidence in Me, 1 shall reveal all the secrets relating to My Philosophy. Perpetual meditation is the way of your life. Qualities like anger, grief, greed are making you restless. By constant meditation you can get rid them off. Selfless deeds and thoughts purify your mind. Practise this through your meditation."
Baba also says - 'Those who take complete refuge in Me and think of Me always in meditation, they are able to see the Universe in their bodies and passions of mind as Chaitanya, but also 1 will show various colourful visions, sounds and other worlds in the meditation. To those who manage to see the external world as inert in meditation, 1 will slow to such people the place of 'Diwividhya Tyagi'. 1 am the 'Adwaitha Brahma'.
Baba says: "If you meditate on Me with perseverance and concentration, you will get results. Such people can get over Maya or the 'Tri gunas'. 1 am responsible for well being of those who are devoid of egoism and attachment. Treat pain and pleasure equally. Offer your mind and Buddhi to Me and then meditate with one-pointed mind. Some. of you are inviting your own down fall by practising sorcery against My devotees being foolishly prompted by arrogance, jealousy and hatred. All of you must meditate on Me, with firm faith that 1 am the father and mother of this Universe. Know that 1 am in those who meditate on Me, with complete faith, then they are in Me.'
Sri Sai Baba always says: 'If one ever meditates on Me, repeats My name, sings My deeds and is thus transformed into Me, one's Karma is destroyed. 1 stand by his side always.'
It was Baba's look out to see that His nature and attitude towards His devotees should be thoroughly well impressed upon devotees mind and look after their welfare. Baba had to repeat his efforts to ensure the thorough fixing of these valuable truths and impressions in Chandorkar's mind. The most common and basic things one would include in the list of ordinary man's needs are water to drink and food to eat. By a kind act, act of Divine Providence, Baba provides these two to His devotees.
In meditation, render your mind vacant and spirituous all of your senses. Then only the world outside will disappear. In order to reach the inner world, we transcend our mind and the senses. This is possible only in meditation.
"Meditation' means - 'Releasing liberation from the shackles of the Finite into the freedom of 'infinite'. This process is called Meditation.
The aim of meditation is to make contact with the Reality. This is possible only after the self of the body mind complex is duly penetrated. This is possible only when the subtle as well as the causal body surpasses, when the body-consciousness takes its place.
Concentration must not be mistaken for meditation. For concentration, things are important. Purity of consciousness moral awareness and spiritual discrimination. Concentration is below senses and meditation is beyond senses. If we are interested in meditation, we must undertake the journey from below the senses and beyond the senses. When we experience Blissful consciousness, that experience is meditation.
When the individual awareness is released from the clutches of the body-rnind consciousness and loses its identity and rnerges with the Divine Consciousness, that is called meditation.
So we must try to practise such meditation and thereby we will gain Moksha.
Meditation is the name for a period of rest provided for the busy and wayward mind.
The Vasanas i.e. recollection of past experiences, influences the thought process, ie. the mind plays the time and the body acts out the role through five senses of Karma Indriyas.
Detachment of the mind from the Sense, objects as well as the relief from the consequent mental agitation, are essential for success in meditation.
We must be vigilant, never lose our temper, avoid pride, and tendency of fault finding of others. A sense of joy is necessary for concentration and, meditation.
Samadhi is not a state of unconsciousness. The correct meaning of Samadhi is the state in which the intellect has achieved equanimity. If we maintain an equal mind whether we are in pleasure or pain is Samadhi. That is the real fruit of Samadhi. The motto of meditation is :
Pujya Radhakrishna Swaniiji said: 'One should practise concentration on God daily either in the morning or evening at least for 10 minutes. If the mind gets into the habit of going with a single form, then it will be easier to merge in a single thought. In the beginning the mind is sure to move around. Let it go wherever it wants to. When we come to know that the mind has slipped away, we must bring it back. We achieve this by practice. The most important thing to understand is that the senses should be controlled and the mind should be stationed in God. For this, let our eyes see the God's form, let the tongue repeat His name, let the ears hear that sound and let the hands do His Bhajan. If this is continuously practiced, the mischief of senses decreases and the mind becomes calm. If we succeed in this, Japa may not be necessary".
"If the Japa becomes continuous, the form on its own accord is bound to appear. Then the mind naturally flows towards God. The important thing we have to understand is that the body consciousness should vanish. If we think we are this body, we are the body only. This is the same as saying that the ego should go. When the ego goes, He will come".
"If we are in communion with God both in the morning and evening, we can get over our difficulties and problems and secure happiness and peace."
Swamiji also said: "Of all the natural activities of a man, eating is particularly important in special ceremonies. It is not just stuffing the belly. It is a vital function of charging life with fuel, on the quality and manner of which will depend the functioning of the entire psycho-physical mechanism of man. Food affects not only internal purity but also the mental purity. From purity of food arises purity of mind; purity of mind leads to divine dwelling and out of such dwelling. is effected the breaking of all bonds, supreme liberation. Those who exercise discrimination over food can keep away thoughts of sex also. Control of senses lies in the control of taste. Milk and fruits i.e useful in achieving control over the senses rather than spices and sweet dishes. Food taken from the point of view of health and not for its taste is always beneficial in ensuring self-control. If we take food for the sake of health and for gaining spiritual strength, the food will surely produce good results. If on the otherhand, we take our food without any thought of what good it will do to the system, if it is taken merely for the taste, it will make the mind weak and open to all evil influences. Hence, the food prepared neatly in all its purity - Satvic type of food offered to the God and if taken, it gives real value for it. By purification of the senses, mind is controlled. The nature of the food reacts on the mind and moulds the character. Satvic food is delicious and nourishing and conducive to the health of the body, longeveity and the development of the intellect.
" If we meditate on Sai Baba either with form or formless, we will get 'Ananda'. If such formless contemplation is hard, then we must think of Baba's form. Think of it night and day.. With such meditation the mind dissolves into unity. Then the, difference between Baba and ourselves and the act of contemplation will be lost. Sai Baba's glance is bread and milk for the pupil.
After crossing the mire of delusion, when our intellect has become steadfast and firm in meditation, then we will attain Self-Realization or union with God.
We must sit in meditation devoting with heart and soul after controlling all 'our senses, we should not feel proud of our sense control because pride goes before downfall. Without developing egoism, we must feel that it is only God's grace. By divine grace, we must devote ourselves thinking that he is God and God is his, while he is neither of the world nor the world is his.
Delusion is born of egoism, the sense of mine or desire. To accept the body as '1' or 'Mine' is delusion born of egoism.
Meditate on Sai Baba either with form or formless, if we feel that such formless contemplation is difficult, then think of Baba's form. With such meditation, the mind dissolves into
unity. The difference between subject and the act of contemplation will be lost. Sri Sai Baba further said on meditation: "Meditation is many lakh times superior to Manana and Sravana. All of you should move with fraternal feeling.""Divine knowledge can be attained by constant meditation. Meditation is philosophical feast."
"Meditation means that mind must get accustomed to the mind itself, instead of working else where. Your mind is always wandering hither and thither. By meditation, you can regulate it. Concentration is the method of revelation and also it is the method of realization. It reveals the nature of the object concentrated upon. If you concentrate on Me, 1 will come before you."
"You must realize that all objects in their Universe are external except God. You must shut out all external objects and they can be renounced through meditation. In meditation, when you concentrate on God, you can develop disinclination for the external objects. The attachment to the external objects are obstacles to God-Realization. You must know that there are two sources of knowledge-one is senses and the other is Buddhi (Intellect). In between these two, the mind has its (place). When you sit in meditation, you must be cautious whether your mind is under the influence of senses or Buddhi or both. Senses tempt the mind towards sense objects, while Buddhi guides the mind to think of the consequences. Generally your minds are controlled by both senses and Buddhi. This sort of duality is the obstacle for meditation. So you must control your mind by Buddhi rather than by senses. You cannot attain perfection in meditation, unless you can have firm resolve to reach God."
"Due to worldly pleasures, you are unable to control your mind and senses in meditation. When the mind is purified, attachment of the mind for the perishable will go and your mind becomes pure. Mind can be controlled by practice and dispassion.
Out of these two, for meditation, practice is more essential. When your aim is to realize God, concentration of mind in the meditation, is more essential. Then only you will go into trance. In that state there Is no affinity for object, then you can realize yourself and from there onwards there will be no deviation."
"During rnectitation, if your body moves, your mind also moves. When the mind is unsteady, your senses, breath, and body get disturbed and thereby you will not get concentration. If you meditate by keeping your mind steady, you will get concentration. If you merge all your parts of your body in Atman, you will then get steadyness. Without doing any of these, you are unnecessarily getting worried that you are not getting concentration in meditation."
"During meditation, if you merge your mind in Atma, you will have 'Atma-Jnana'. With continuous meditation on God, you can secure 'Supreme Vignana'. If you have complete surrender, the meditation will become easy. Due to the desires of the world affairs in you, you are not able to do meditation well. So know that during meditation 'Vairagya' is most important. Unless you have intense desire towards God, you will not have stability in meditation. With full faith, if you meditate, that will remove all the external thoughts of your mind and make it one- pointed and you will have purity and peace of mind. With true total surrender, if you meditate your mind will have concentration and also you will go in trance. During meditation surrender your heart, mind, and Indriyas to God completely. This total surrender will lead to true Meditation. If you think that God is outside you, your progress will be retarded. To a devotee 'Vairagya' is the main grip. If one possess worldly detachment and Vairagya, then only one can attain the fruits of meditation. Only when your mind is pure, it can attain pure meditative state. During meditation, you will not only get internal peace and happiness, but also you
will understand that all the worlds are in you. By doing meditation, all your mind's desires will be fulfilled. Meditate always with Nistha.""If you want to be near God, you meditate always. Meditation means combining the mind with Atma and making them one. If you want to get rid of the sins, you have to do 'Adhiyatamka Dhyanam' and then you will get salvation. Meditation is superior than taking bath in 'Sapta Samudras'.
"Bodily ailments, doubts, dissatisfaction, misconception and unst--ady mind etc. are all hindrances to meditation. Before starting meditation, you do prayer to God that you are surrendering your body, Prana and Dhana and do prostration."
"I am indestructible and ever present. So if you meditate on Me, you can reach the permanent abode in Me. If you take this as your unquivering aim in your life, you can reach the goal safely. Never aspire at impermanent affairs. To attain My mercy and to reach Me, devotion with pure heart is very essential. Whatever ideas you have during your life time, they only project in your mind at the end of your life, you must meditate on Me, thinking of My Divine attributes through out your life and then you are sure to attain Me."
"Concentrate on meditation, it is possible only when the mind obeys the sp irit who dwells within you. Then only deep concentrated meditation is possible. Through meditation and concentration, one becomes conscious of the pure indwelling spirit, holding court in the citadel of the human body. Complete surrender of the ego '1' to the Divine, '1' in you is the only way to reach the plane of harmonious vision. Deep meditation and complete surrender, devoid of all thoughts and mental activities constitute the way to attain to the plane of Consciousness. Awake from the mental delusion and the seeming tangle of dualities. Raise above the intellect to higher planes of Truth - Consciousness - Bliss."
"It is not how long one meditates but how intense it is? The balanced and controlled mind will fetch you peace and bliss. Meditation quietens the mind, gives subtle power to the intellect and makes you understand the root cause of rebirths."
"If you meditate on Me the nectar of My Grace will fill the vessel of your heart. If one meditates on Me with truthful urge, he can know Me. To such a person, 1 shall grant not only the vision of My physical body, but also take him to greater spiritual heights."
"Concentration in meditation will only lead you to see the Divine vision. Without concentration, you will get in your mind several mundane desires for wife, sons, riches, honour, health etc. Therefore, such meditation will not lead to see My Divine Vision.. So you must have a firm resolve that you have only to realise Me."

SPIRITUAL NAME COLOUR CENTER STATE BODIES
PART I
Reader this side should well know ,about what is in wonderful article according meditation. Therefore my commentary is not excellent from my point of view,it seems that it can be in some useful for reader this article.
Answer can be find at Kashmir Tantric Shivaism. There is recognized this order as below:
|
NAME |
COLOUR |
CENTER |
STATE |
|
|
GROSS SUBTLE CAUSAL SUPRA-CAUSAL |
VISHVA TAIJASA PRAJNA TURYA |
RED WHITE BLACK BLUE |
EYES(spiritual) THROAT HEART AHASRARA |
WAKING DREAM SLEEP SAMADHI
|
(Turya)
Letters in line:
GROSS.....A
SUBTLE....U
CAUSAL....M
SUPRA-CAUSAL...CRESCENT with PUNCT in symbol AUM in SANSCRIT.
Now respectively are considered size and Goddess.
Gross.........full body(spiritual)......RAKTESWARI
Subtle........thumb.....................SIVATISWARI
Causal........finger typ................KRISHNESWARI
Supra Causal..sesame seed................?
According this should be understand that human being contains BODIES:
1-GROSS PHISICAL
2-ASTRAL BODY
3-MENTAL BODY
4-SPIRITUAL BODY(which is composed as mentioned above from 4 bodies)
So total is 7 BODIES.
Therefore, here is question about technics of meditation described by the tantric yogi on this base.
How he realize these bodies in practice of meditation?.If he/she is to imagine them in region of some chakra?,or concentrates on them ,as a kind of radiation with vizualization shape colour, and with some kind of pranayama?.
This last questions are unclear, at lest in some general way.But it would be well for readers to know that it is not so simple as it is prezented by author in the article. Question is VERY COMPLICATED and as I think it is secret knowladge, and sacred.
Had been it taught by Sai Baba Shirdi??...I do not think so...but maybe ?,just for author that consideration?
PART II
My information is taken from the book of Muktananda "Play of Consciousness". Therefore Muktananda presented these bodies broadly, his explanation -in spite of appearances-is BLURED,and can be probabely understand only by initiated INTO YOGA SHAKTI. So this knowladge is unuseful from practical point of view. Mumford in his book about tantra yoga ,also mentions these colours and even provided there models for meditations from cartoons with respectively shapes and colours. So for GROSS BODY (on spiritual level!!!)..red square, for SUBTLE BODY...black square with elipsoid like game in center and with white space..and so on.
Problem is ,that "normal" reader don't recognize at all SPIRITUAL BODY!!...not saing even about BODIES OF THIS BODY!!!!.Problem is also why they are prezented just in this line( according similarities with chakras)-there are now: base (eyes??),subtle(throat??)causal(heart),....and supracausal(sahasrara). IT SEEMS that should be in line:
HEART-THROAT-EYE-SAHASRARA,or
SAHASRARA,EYE,THROAT,HEART.
Reader this article should know that according Shivaism-Shaktism man contains TWO HEARTS-one heart is phisical on the left side of chest (also chakra), and chakra called HRIDAYAM -a center of SELF located in a center of chest. Liberation,or salvation has its final act IN HRIDAYAM,NOT IN SAHASRARA as many think.
That's why the great yogi Sri RAMANA MAHARSHI recommended meditation ONLY IN CENTER OF SELF-HRIDAYAM-it was his yoga. According tantra yoga- Kundalini attains SAHASRARA-pineal gland...where is spiritual "wedding"...BUT it is not finish...now BLISS OF SPIRITUAL UNION in a form DIVINE SEMEN FLOWS DOWN as DROPS OF DIVINE "DEW" INTO THE HRIDAYAM ,CENTER OF SELF, and this is the last act of union with DIVINE-the most highest BLISS IN PHISICAL BODY.
Of course this is from theoretical point of view. How it looks in practical realization..? just by "realizations" mentioned BODIES?, it is NOT CLEAR..and it probabely requests really TRUE EXPERIENCED YOGI, if at all it is possible to teach about this.
That's why I think that this teachings had been not provided by SRI SAI BABA ,who directed his teaching rather to COMMON man. But maybe someone can explain from practical point of view these colours and methods REALIZATION, and steps of meditation ?.
PART III
Dear reader got some suggestions about, meditation, yoga, shakti yoga ,on the background of the excellent article done by Sri Bharam Umamaheswararao. Therefore we should explain this kind of sadhana on the background of Sri Sai Baba teaching. You alone should give correct answer in question: what is yoga, what is meditation, what is SELF REALIZATION,and...GOD REALIZATION.When you had been interested with colours in meditation in mentioned article..so you are probabely SHAKTA. It is wrong imagination that by action you can be liberated,as I understand-by some posture, diet,by some "program".... Salvation is a state of vigilant stilness.
BY BEING..NOT BY DOING is salvation..by taking off thinking,disciplines..and everything what is called "doing". In state of "being" you can find God.That's why teaching of Sri Sai had been "HOW TO BE"...not "HOW TO DO".He never gave to his disciples any "program", "discipline"..any even mantra. BUT this kind of yoga demands ONE CONDITION-LOVE; LOVE GURU.If you shall LOVE guru,if you shall be on the path called "GURU YOGA", than all your actions, weaknesses, animalistic tendencies...you shall OFFER TO YOUR GURU..who shall be ALWAYS PRESENT WITH YOU.This is sadhana proscribed by Shri Sai Baba.
That's why I think it should be on our web side also GURU GITA translated from Kashmir Shivaism. You do not need undertake very risk excercises from tantra..you can be NATURAL,and your way shall be natural-always in companion of Guru..never along whith "tantric goals".This way is the most easy, simple, nad beautiful, natural,NON FORCED ,NOT VIOLENT for SHAKTI. The first step is "SELF REALIZATION"..that means erradication "ANIMAL" FROM YOU NATURE..and after this with grace of Guru who shall be present in your life shall be next step-"GOD REALIZATION". It is interesting that the most lofty Teachers-Gurus in history of mankind recommended THIS KIND OF SADHANA, they had been Jesus,Sri Ramana Maharshi and Sai Baba Shirdi,Krishnamurti..they never recommended path of Tantra, as violent discipline, pushing and forthing Shakti energy for some imagined goal of sadhaka..the most often not enough matured for this kind of action. Some disciples need male guru ...some feemale one,for expression of shakti -as LOVE.Everyone should well consider his/her own spiritual temperament. In this case Sri Sai Baba was very tolerant..and he knew well ,that question of chosing guru is v. subtle, and the most important question. He didn't feel offended if someone had been worhipper of Lakshmi,Saraswati, or Mataji, or others for example male deities...he always gave to worhippers advice and encouragement because in the background of all deities..in reality HE HAD BEEN ALWAYS.
This last question is very interesting.Reader should well understand so called "DIVINE REALITY". WHAT IS REAL ? GODS-GODESSES take live from us..and WE LIVE FROM LIVES OF GODS/GODESSES.People most often don't understand "reality".Does this or that God exists as real being..or is "created" by us..our phantazy,so this kind of creature is unreal...!!! This is wrong consideretion.YOU ARE CREATED..in the same way,and you are "real"..IDENTICAL GODS...they are..created by you..but THEY ARE THE SAME REAL ,AS YOU ARE REAL.
When you pray to some God ,or Godess..you give them YOUR VITAL ENERGY..and by this fact they are LIVING ASTRAL BEINGS..you can meet them..in heaven created by milions people, and their bhaktas. When you pray, you give them FOOD for life...thay are grateful for you..and THEY GIVE YOU BLESSINGS and GRACE.Even if you mention them by name...they take existence. By name is..FORM -not avert.Note that the FIRST IS "IDEA" and after "WORD","NAME"-IDEA appears as its realization...FORM. MOTHER OF UNIVERSE is "WORD".ENERGY-RADIATION from POWER-FROM UNMANIFESTED-TRANSCENDENTAL GODwho takes FORM.
WORD is composed from letters.Between letters is "EMPTINESS"...TRANSCENDENTAL NONACTIVITY-BEING.But without tis background of empty space there wouldn'y be any written word. Without these "spaces" word couldn't exist!!But when you speak word you can't note this spase-
"between"letters...as you can't not God in daily activities.
The most beautiful word on this world is..MOM.. MATI, in feeling form MATAJI.
M-spellinh this letter contains 2 leeps connected together..this is expression of universal God-DUALITY IN UNION.
Two lips + and - are in union mmmmmmm....... Now is going letter A. Leeps are seperate..+ and - are seperate units..now is DUALITY IN FORM..aaaaaa...and M creates universe by AAAAAAA....and this Universe is going again to UNION so you say M...mmmmmm That is a word MOM. In fase of your MOM is the fase of GURU, is the face of GOD.Note ,that OM is the same universal expression. The first is OMOMOMOM or MOMOMO....MAMAMAM..... In this way is expressed LOVE OF GOD,GURU who have face of your... MOM-he/she givs you "birth"...transformation into "new"reality.MMMM is the "geat of creation"..and the "geat of DEATH".Nothing is more lofty... The first word you can say is..MOM..and it should be the last. The first contact whith world is by..face of your MOM. GOD-FATHER is then ancomprehendable..but MOM-MATAJI-YES She is always able to be comprehended by her children. By SHAKTI you can reach GOD.If even Brahma fall in love to his GLORY,RADIATING LIGHT fulfilling night of BEING, that means that she is the greatest power in whole universe, and by her grace, you can find the grace of GOD in excellent unity, because Brahma can accept only her beauty. How can someone even approach Brahma without...SHAKTI?? So if you are SHAKTA,you can realize in practical way-TANTRA YOGA by meditation on the most beautyful book on this world-700 verses of "CHANDI PATH". In MOTHER OF UIVERSE in SHAKTI..you shall be always fortunate..even in "rainy day",you shall have alwaysgood humor, you wouldn't need to undertake any severepenance, severe fastings, your face shall be radiating with love, without special reason, your sexuality whithout special afforts shall be moderate,or you can be able to experience in sexual acts lofty mystical states ;if you shall have a fit spiritual partner(be careful, don't be deceived by appearance),or sexuality in natural way cease in you . Why it all happens..because INSIDE YOU SHALL BE THE MOST BEATIFUL FACE RADIATING WHITH SMILE..FACE OF YOUR UNIVERSAL MOM.
In properly time you can get siddi, whithout any effort to get them. This is natural TANTRA-the goal of teaching of Sai Baba Shirdi. In this way YOU make progress from lower level to higher..you "GIVE" DARSHAN TO GODS ,and GODDESSES..but they (gods) also make progress through...LOVE TO YOU. This is mutual evolution of whole universe ,where NOTHING IS SEPERATE,and ALONG.You,Gods are interwoven in ONE WHOLNESS.Never seperate you from your Guru,or Gods who don't need at once to be "transcendental"!!!....therefore they are expression of ONE TRANSCENDENTAL REALITY-BRAHMAN. By Her you shall be victorious, because she has aspect-MAYA...but also..VIDIA.She is KALI-DURGA,and she is LAKSHMI preserver and tender protector, nad SARASVATI.
So Sri Sai Baba not condemned as superstition worshipping idols ,statues...and so on.
By doing this..you make them LIVING ,vibrating..you do not see it, but it is real fact.
If you pray to guru Sai...he is plesed,he shall be at once..IN YOUR LIFE.You can meditate about some saints, your parents, children who died...than by this you create theirs "copies",astral shadows in spiritual realm..living..and real..therefore in the same time they can be INCARNATED, and living ON THE EARTH. Therefore they, living on the earth in new forms, and are not spiritual beings...you created them in spiritual realm...AND THEY ARE ALSO REAL beings, now ANGELS WHO TAKE CARE ABOUT THEIRS INCARNATED FORMS ON THE EARTH.
Therefore ,always think with living feelings about these who passed away..your
brothers,sisters,parents.. and so on. By meditation-"nondoing" is GOD REALIZATION in external world, and in internal world-your own. And by non action is SELF REALIZATION whith one exception- charitable actions in the name of guru.Without guru even charitable actions are done under delusion of egoistic nature.
It is because animalistic nature wants to involve you into activity..and deceive you, that's why whithout guru salvation is impossible. Because we are not customed with nonactivity, and intnernal mind preasures for some actions ,sadhana could contans:
I)Guru Yoga-LOVE GURU
2)JAPA,and MANTRA YOGA-at least 1 hr every day. Japa or Mantra can be written on a piece of paper through 1 hr,very meticulous, and whithout any misteake. This is very important because you add to your mantra SHAPE nad FORM in forms of sentences and letters.Your mantra TAKE SHAPE on ASTRAL LEVEL.
More if you mention NAME GURU or DEITY YOU MAKE HIM LIVING and by letters YOU GIVE HIM/HER B O D Y. You can write "I love you guruji",you can draw hearts next to name deity, guru. You can kiss picture o f guru or deity after every written mantra. You can write only name of deity,or guru....and so on. These actions are not "indifferent"if you do them whith feelings...YOU CREAT YOUR FUTURE GURU IN FORM.
3)Concentration on Guru by all day,in every activity, being not involves into this activity, being"out"of this activity. Sadhaka should understand that HE IS ALSO CREATOR ,and that the life is MAGIC,it is DIVINE PLAY in which sadhaka is not seperate entity,he/she is companion of GOD in creation. It is not theoretical..it is practical yoga. You do not need to stay on your head to be liberated...and experience bliss of BEING..even in suffering.
PART-IV
Let me finish this considerartions with some vision on the background of teaching of Jesus,so bad understanding by the West civilization.
I have some time pain, like thorn in finger, like prick of wasp, like crushed knee...then I cry,and thick tears flow on my chins....ache!ache me Mom!..so she comes to me takes careful my hand,or knee and say....O O O child...this is NOTHING..see! I blow on your hurt..and there is no ache. She blows...and o wonder, there is miracle..NO ACHE!,NO PAIN!..only her radiating smile, her smile , so bright like snows of Himalayas ,and dark eyes looking from well of eternity....laugh from cosmic emptiness-THIS IS NOTHING MY CHILD. Do you see this door..?people sey that it is DEATH... but it is not death...it is entrance to LIFE,to NEW REALITY....this is "TRANSFORMATION".I am eternal, I don't know death.....I AM LIFE..CHITA,SHAKTI..I never decease,I never die...death is delusion. In her I am liberated from fear,pain,...FREEE from addictions ,vasans and all gabage of worldly affers.
This is liberation through SHAKTI.
Matthew XVIII (3)-"Indeed I say to you,Unless you be changed, and become as LITTLE CHILDREN,you will NEVER ENTER THE KINGDOM OF THE HEAVEN".
Luke 15(8)-"..What a woman having 10 silver coins,if she loses one of them does not light a lamp, sweep the house, and search carefully until she FINDS IT? When she has found it ,she calls together he friends and neighbours saying-"REJOICE WITH ME,FOR I HAVE FOUND THE COIN THAT I HAD LOST"....
Who is this "Woman"...she is GOD WITH "FEMALE FACE"..THIS IS SHAKTI..she is looking very careful for "lost"children to return them to the GOD-to the BLISS OF UNION WHITH CREATOR.It is unusuel in semitic culture to prezent GOD as FEEMALE..just because Jesus wanted to reform patriarchal, othodox Judaism introducing feemale elements to religion and for what He was crucified.
In Hindu tradition this Shakti is pictured by SARASWATI embodiment of SATTVA-beauty and harmony. She is VIDIA,VEDA.In her hand is "book"and instrument veena...becase she is creative matternity by the first VIBRATION..she beginns creation and evolution...and She Cosmic Mother- ends all cycle of evolution
all beings created by her vibrating voce..so SHE IS LOOKING CAREFULLY...No one can be lost in her house.
Number 10 in Hebrew has value of letter YOD the first letter of GOD'S NAME (Yhvh)..so wholeness all 10 must be completed in God...no coin from these 10 ones can be lost. 10 in Hebrew order is composed also from number 1 which means in Hebrew alphabet ALEF...the FIRST.The first man ADAM begins from ALEF letter and is called sometimes also ALEF.ADAM means HUMAN MANKIND ALL ALEF-ADAM as 1 or 10 must be found BY THAT WOMAN who looks lost coin..whith LIGHT OF KNOWLADGE. In this way Jesus described Godess Saraswati-Consort of Brahma-Creator.
PART-V
Maybe may reader had been struck, by my supposition that Jesus could refer in his parables to...Hindu world of Godesses..specially SHAKTI SARASWATI,and can be eager know more about this question. Mentioned parables from Gospel at Part IV our considerations are not only one. Before our considerations this question let me quote very beautiful prayer Sri Swami Chidananda from his book "GOD AS MOTHER"-this is prayer to SARASWATI-MOTHER OF UNIVERSE:
"Salutations to Her, Through WHOSE GRACE alone the KNOWLADGE OF THE
ULTIMATE REALITY dawns upon consciousness of earnest seekers.
Salutations to the GREAT MOTHER , Who keeps up this mysterious drama of
CREATION,PRESERVATION,and DESTRUCTION.
Salutation to Her, Who makes the TRANSCENDENT,unmanifest essence,to be
MANIFEST,as infinite names and forms-through Her mysterious power, and Who deludes and bins the Jivas to this world-process.
Salutation to Her again, as the supreme VIDYA-MAYA Who in Her aspect as MAHA SARASWATI brings about ultimate deliverance fro the bondage of nescience ,and phenomenal existence and bestows upon seeker, the highest TRANSCENDENT BEATITUDE- or suprem STATE of KAIVALYA."
Later Sri Chidananda writes wanderful :
"Her grace is infinite. Her copassion and love for all human beings, and SPECIALLY THE SEEKERS AND ASPIRANTS is simply indescribable. The mother is ever eager to take the child into her arms.Even so the Divine Mother who has set running
this momentary play, this Divin Drama upon this stage of the external phisical universe is yet in the CORE OF OUR HEARTS...and is at the same time eager to take back into Her Infinite Bosom the children who have had enough of this play, and who have lost interest in the play, and stopping short ,they turn back and cry..."MOTHER NO MORE OF THIS PLAY FOR ME. Long haveI wandered away from Thee. Therefore bestow the Grace upon me.TAKE THIS CHILD INTO THY BLISSFUL ARMS"!
This is cry of JIVA.....This is the call of the INFINITE to the FINITE.When the finite individual hears this call..ceases to be interested in world-play,and turning his back upon it...he begins to gaze into FACE OF MOTHER ,then it is that the compassion-filled eyes of the GREAT MOTHER open for a while..and rays of Her DIVINE MERCY falls upon ,and bathes this child ..."
In the same way,but very intensive, and short form Jesus expressed these teaching in quoted by us passages in part IV. But He taught about it in a vailed form at talking
whith NICODEMUS.
John 3.(2,3,5,13) Read very careful dialog, and veiled answer of Jesus....
..."we know that you are the teacher who has come from God, for no one can do these signs (miracles) that you do ,unless God is whith him".
Nicodemus expressed his question- how is possible that
Jesus could to be so great siddha. He had been curios a SOURCE that ability. He hidden this curiosity in a form of admiration.Jesus knew well true intention this
question and EXPLAINED THIS ABILITY.... "...no one can see the Kingdom of God without being BORN FROM ABOVE".
Explanation is again done in a form of teaching of TANTRA.You can to do this..but you must be "BORN AGAIN" ..that means you HAVE TO BE AGAIN A CHILD IN ARMS OF GOD-FEMALE...SARASWATI-SHAKTI OF GOD-CREATOR. TO BE A CHILD IN HER ARMS-COSMIC MOM ...IS TO BE SAVED, TO BE LIBERATED..in jargon of Jesus "TO BE IN KINGDOM OF GOD".By Cosmic Mother Saraswati everything is comming to life...and everything ,only by her love and grace..can return to God..She is the Great Mother ful love to her creation. Jesus underlined that we are born from phisical women, but to be in God we have to be BORN from DIVINE WOMAN, "FROM ABOVE",only than ,we can be divine children.
Nicodemus had been SURPSISED..note this!..because never in tradition of Israel WOMAN could be imagine as GOD-SAVIOR,and asked...
"How can anyone to be born after having grown old"?.
Surpised Nicodemus at once saw that...GOD IS WOMAN in the word of Jesus...and that HE MUST BE.. BORN...!!! In the background this question is..how can God to
be..WOMAN??? This question is explained by Jesus in veiled answer for Nicodemus:
..."I tell you ,no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being BORN FROM WATER AND RUAH"
Jesus refered in beautiful way to the fact common known that every man is born...from "waters" of phisical woman...but in case of DIVINE MOTHER SIDDHA
IS BORN FROM HER DIVINE ENERGY,presented as "WATERS".. Must be born from her ENERGY SHAKTI and ..from breath of life RUAH.In this case Hebrew word Ruah(Pneuma in Greek) means "BREATH OF LIFE". As every child - born from woman -HAS TO TAKE THE FIRST BREATH to live..the same SIDDHA BORN FROM DIVINE MOTHER'S "WATERS" HAS TO TAKE "BREATH"(FIRE}OF LIFE. THIS IS ENERGY OF GOD CREATOR-"SELF".Another words Siddha has to take from Divine Mother-SPIRITUAL SHAPE,FORM(waters),and SELF(spirit)- then he is "born" as Siddha from DIVINE MOTHER to KINGDOM OF GOD. Additional Jesus added very mysterious words:
"NO ONE HAS ASCENDED INTO THE HEAVEN EXCEPT THAT ONE WHO DESCENDED FROM THE HEAVEN ,THE SON OF ADAM WHO IS IN HEVEN".
Jesus stated that EVERY SON OF ADAM..every HUMAN BEING MUST BE BORN FROM HEAVEN...BY GRACE OF MOTHER then that one, CAN COME TO HEAVEN-KINGDOM OF GOD.This statement is not only about Jesus, but about every one who is going to God..that He/She MUST BE BORN BY DIVINE MOTHER SARASWATI-MUST BE HER CHILD AGAIN.This is the way of Shakti-Siddha.
How is "nature" of that "WOMAN"-COSMIC MOTHER-SARASWAITI the DIVINE VIRGIN, whose in LOVE gives birthday for whole universe? Answer of Jesus beautiful fit with Hindu tradition. Beauty and depth this sentence is not measurable.
Matthew 13(33)".."THE KINGDOM OF GOD (REALIZATION THIS KINGDOM) is like LEAVEN(sour from yest) THAT A WOMAN TAKEN and MIXED IN WHITH THREE MEASURES OF FLOUR UNTIL ALL OF IT IS LEAVENED"....
Who is this "WOMAN" so beautiful loved by Guru-Yogi Jesus at her domestic job..full of femine love for her husband,children...???Just GREAT LOVE..GREAT TEACHER COULD FIND THIS SO SIMPLE EXPRESSION.NOTHING IS MORE
LOFTY as this ONE SHORT SENTENCE.It was art of Jesus the Great Master...
Tis "WOMAN" is doing THE BREAD..source of LIFE.. SHE UNIVERSAL MOTHER..(the same) is dooing the BREAD OF LIFE. You should know that in Israel LEAVEN had been recognized as SIN,UNPERFECTNESS. Tradition had been that in some holidays Jews have to eat ONLY UNLEAVENED BREAD..that means that they have to be OUT OF ANY SPOT BY SIN.
But this WOMAN to do bread..took LEAVEN and mixed it with flour to get BREAD...source of life. Why it is done in this way by WOMAN...?? GODESS SARASWATI has TWO ASPECTS..she is AVIDYA,MAYA and she is VIDIA,VEDA-MAYA. KNOWLADGE OF AVIDIA....BECOMES VIDIA-VEDA.By knowladge of Avidia we can be saved..and return to Kingdom Of God
to get BREAD OF LIFE. MATAJI-UNVERSAL COSMIC MOTHER PLAY IN THIS DIVINE GAME THE CRUTIAL GAME...She put you into dark room....and
you have to look her..a nd when yoy beginn to cry...SHE APPEARS BEFORE YOU AND KISSES OFF ALL YOUR TEARS it was only game...I HAD BEEN WITH YOU..ALL TIME!!.. nad embraces you in eternal love. WOMAN in story of Jesus is GOD in FORM of MAYA.Jesus in his teaching connected with harmonious way MASCULINE ASPECT OF GOD WITH FEMINE ONE..this UNION IS BASIC TEACHING, AND GOAL OF TANTRA.
